Mr. Anton Schröder is a Foreign (German) Attorney at Law whose practice focuses on Corporate, Foreign Investments, International Transactions, Mergers & Acquisitions, Labor & Employment, Anti-Trust Law and Contract Law.

Mr. Anton Schröder currently assists German-speaking clients as part of the DACH Team in cross-border matters, regulatory compliance, and contract drafting, with a particular emphasis on supporting foreign companies entering the Korean market and supports them in all legal matters following market entry.

Prior to joining D&A LLC in Seoul, Mr. Schröder worked as an Associate at a law firm specializing in financial and regulatory law, with a focus on banking regulation, financial services, and innovative technologies such as cryptocurrencies, including BaFin licensing procedures. He also served as In-house Legal Counsel at the headquarters a major German bank, advising on regulatory issues, IT law, and data protection from an internal banking perspective.

He previously gained experience as a legal assistant at a major international law firm based in Frankfurt am Main, where he worked in the corporate practice group.

Mr. Anton Schröder completed his legal clerkship with placements at the Medical Malpractice Chamber at the Regional Court Gießen, the Government Presidency Gießen (Immigration Office), and a law firm specializing in media and copyright law.

Mr. Anton Schröder is admitted to the Bar in Düsseldorf, Germany.
