Mr. Gwang Soo OH is a managing partner at D&A LLC. His practice is primarily focused on Criminal & Compliance, Corporate, Finance & Restructuring, Construction & Real Estate, Reconstruction & Redevelopment, Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), the Serious Accidents Punishment Act, Blockchain, and Investigations.
During his 26-year prosecutorial career, Mr. Oh held various key positions, including Chief Prosecutor of the Central Investigation Division 2 at the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office, Departmental Chief Prosecutor of the Special Investigation Division 2 at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office, Chief Prosecutor of the Ansan Branch at the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office, Chief Prosecutor of the Cheongju District Prosecutors’ Office, and Chief Prosecutor of the Daegu District Prosecutors’ Office. Since the establishment of the ESG & Serious Accident Advisory Group in 2021, he has served as its co-head, overseeing advisory services related to ESG and serious accidents. Notably, he is also widely recognized as a leading investigative expert, having led numerous high-profile investigations as the head of the Criminal & Compliance Group (formerly the Investigation Defense Group).
