Mr. Tae Son LEE is a partner at D&A LLC. His practice is primarily focused on Corporate (Litigation), Construction & Real Estate, Energy & Infrastructure, Transportation, Industrial Accident, Healthcare & Environment, Education & School, and Antitrust & Competition.

Mr. Lee has a proven track record of successfully representing various public institutions, such as Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO), KEPCO E&C, and Korea Student Aid Foundation (KOSAF), as well as a number of domestic construction companies, university hospitals (Seoul National University Hospital, Sinchon and Gangnam Severance Hospital, Asan Medical Center, etc.), and other clients in complex cases. In particular, he has proven his expertise in handling cases involving intricate special appraisals, such as defect appraisal for apartments and townhouses, medical appraisal, landscape appraisal, appraisal for fire protection in nuclear power plants, and appraisal for submarine communications cable. Mr. Lee also developed a specialization in education and school-related matters. He not only provided advisory services to the Ministry of Education and represented them in education-related litigation, but also responded to the comprehensive audit of the Ministry of Education and acted as a standing proxy for a witness in the parliamentary inspection of a university president when he served as a legal counsel of an educational foundation. Mr. Lee provides legal advice on a variety of legal issues arising at education foundations, universities, and affiliated institutions of school foundations.

Furthermore, Mr. Lee has a deep understanding of disputes involving fair trade.
