Among his various representative activities, he acted as a legal counsel for Financial Supervisory Commission in respect to the various types of administrative litigation and sanctions against insolvent savings banks. Additionally, he acted as legal counsel for Emirates airlines, Lloyd's Register, and Valeo Bayen S.A.S related to asset tracing & recovery cases. He has an expertise required for foreign companies’ domestic disputes as well as Korean companies’ overseas disputes.

Represented Kiwoom Securities in a KRW 433.3 billion damages claim against conspirators and nominee account holders involved in the 2023 Youngpoong Paper stock price manipulation case.
