Mr. Dong Eon CHA is a partner at D&A LLC. His practice is primarily focused on Criminal Defense Litigation, Antitrust & Competition, Corporate Succession, Legislation & Government Relations, Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), the Serious Accidents Punishment Act, and Global Compliance.

During his 20-year tenure as a prosecutor, Mr. Cha held various significant positions, including Departmental Chief Prosecutor of the Seoul Central Prosecutors’ Office, Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Daegu District Prosecutors’ Office, and Chief Prosecutor of the Suncheon Branch of Gwangju District Prosecutors’ Office. He also worked as a Legal Advisor at the Korea Fair Trade Commission. Currently, he is leading D&A’s Global Compliance Group.
