  - Represented a Korean insurance company H in an international ad hoc arbitration case against an American reinsurance company
  - Advised a Korean investment and securities firm N on the exercise of its security rights and sales of establishments in Romania
  - Advised companies including a French manufacturer K, British manufacturer U, Japanese shipping company M and French forwarding company C on execution and performance of investment contracts in Korea

  - Advised the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries on compensation and salvage services following the tragic Sinking of MV Sewol
  - Advised the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport on ICC arbitration regarding Incheon Bridge
