Mr. Tae Kyung KIM is a partner at DR & AJU LLC. His practice is primarily focused on Reconstruction & Redevelopment, Construction & Real Estate, Arbitration, International Arbitration & Litigation, National Defense, Intellectual Property, and General Civil Disputes.
Mr. Kim heads the General Civil Disputes Litigation Practice Group. He graduated from the Judicial Research and Training Institute in 1985 and was admitted to the New York Bar in 1990.

Before joining DR & AJU, Mr. Kim served as a Presiding Judge at the Daegu District Court, the Suwon District Court, and the Seoul Eastern District Court. He brings extensive expertise in intellectual property law, international transactions, construction and real estate, and redevelopment & reconstruction projects. In addition, he has significant experience in arbitration, both as counsel in arbitration cases and as an arbitrator, giving him a unique strength in handling complex dispute resolution matters.
