DR & AJU Launches the AJU Research Institute of Corporate Management, the First Proxy Advisory Firm Among Major Law Firms



On February 7, DR & AJU LLC launched the Aju Research Institute of Corporate Management (ARICM), the First Proxy Advisory Firm Among Big Law Firms.

DR & AJU personnel who attended the founding ceremony were managing partners Jin Han KIM, Kwang Soo OH, Kyu Chul LEE, and Jeong Ran LEE, as well Dong Hwan NAM, head of management, and Dong Eon CHA, head of marketing. ARICM advisory professors who attended include professors Pil Sang LEE, Seon Gu KIM, Jae Young Kim, Dong Hyun Ahn of Seoul National University, Professor In Moo LEE of KAIST, Professor Young Joon LEE of Jeju Halla University, Professor Jeong Hwan LEE of Hanyang University, and Professor Seon Young PARK of Dongguk University.
