DR & AJU First Law Firm to Advance into Proxy Advisory Market
DR & AJU became the first Korean major law firm to advance into the proxy advisory market with the AJU Research Institute of Corporate Management (ARICM).
Jeong Eui LEE, senior advisor at DR & AJU and former director of the Financial Supervisory Service, will manage ARICM.
ARICM will comprise three teams—Proxy, ESG, Management Support—and the proxy advisory expert committee, ESG evaluation committee, etc.
