On June 30, D&A LLC signed an MOU with Kangnam University Graduate School of Taxation at the main conference room on the 12th floor of Donghoon Tower, located on Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to foster tax law professionals and promote the advancement of education and research in the field of tax law.
This MOU was established to build a cooperative framework between the two organizations for fostering tax law professionals and advancing education and research in the field, while strengthening the connection between academic research and practical expertise.
Under the MOU, the two organizations will collaborate in various areas, including: (i) developing and operating educational programs to foster tax law professionals; (ii) conducting joint research and facilitating exchanges of personnel and information to enhance tax law research capabilities; (iii) jointly organizing practical programs related to tax law, such as lectures, seminars, and workshops; and (iv) providing mutual support for educational and research infrastructure.
The signing ceremony was attended by Managing Partner Kyu Chul LEE, Partners Hyung Kil KIM, Shin Hee KIM, You Lee JUNG, Sang Hyuk YOON, and Sung Jin KIM, as well as Director of External Affairs Seong Yoon JUNG from D&A. Kangnam University Graduate School of Taxation was represented by Dean Yong Un SUNG and Professors Ho Lim YOO and In Gyu HWANG.
Managing Partner Kyu Chul LEE stated, “By combining the extensive practical experience accumulated by D&A’s Tax Team with the outstanding educational and research capabilities of Kangnam University Graduate School of Taxation, we expect to create significant synergies in fostering tax law professionals and advancing research and education in the field of tax law.”
Through this MOU, D&A plans to establish a close partnership with Kangnam University Graduate School of Taxation and continue its collaboration to advance tax law education and research, while fostering professionals equipped with strong practical capabilities.
