D&A Partner Chang Min LEE Publishes Article Titled “A Theory of Constitutionally Compliant Regulatory Governance for Artificial Intelligence” in Korean Lawyers Association Journal (KLAJ)
D&A Partner Chang Min LEE has published a research article titled “A Theory of Constitutionally Compliant Regulatory Governance for Artificial Intelligence – Commentary on the ‘Claude Constitution’” in the April 2026 issue (Vol. 776) of the Korean Lawyers Association Journal (KLAJ), published by the Korean Lawyers Association.
Based on the constitutional implications of the “Claude Constitution,” which embodies the development ethics of Claude, a large language model (LLM) service developed and commercialized by Anthropic PBC, the article explores theoretical approaches to AI regulation and examines South Korea’s Framework Act on the Development of Artificial Intelligence and the Creation of a Foundation for Trust.
