The Korea Defense Diplomacy Association is a non-profit organization composed of experts in the field of defense diplomacy and contributes to the formulation of national security strategies and the development of the defense industry. D&A Advisory, a risk advisory firm collaborating with D&A LLC, provides security, risk management, and corporate due diligence services.

Under this MOU, the three parties intend to establish a close cooperative framework based on the sharing of information regarding international security developments and overseas consulting, as well as the integration of their global networks. In particular, they plan to strengthen legal and policy support for the export and development of key national industries, including the defense sector, and to pursue various initiatives related to international cooperation projects in developing countries. They will also engage in joint research activities, such as forums and seminars.
