The article examines Korea’s 11th Basic Plan for Electricity Supply and Demand, the central pillar of the country’s energy policy, together with the broader legislative framework, including the National Power Grid Act, Offshore Wind Power Promotion Act, High-Level Radioactive Waste Management Act, Distributed Energy Act, and Hydrogen Act. It provides a comprehensive overview of recent regulatory developments in Korea relating to renewable energy expansion and power grid infrastructure.
