On February 9, D&A LLC and the OSONG Medical Innovation Foundation (KBIOHealth) signed an MOU to promote the development of the biopharmaceutical industry and prevent and efficiently resolve legal disputes. 

This MOU aims to enhance the legal capabilities of the OSONG Medical Innovation Foundation and establish a comprehensive legal support framework to lay the foundation for the sustainable growth of the biopharmaceutical industry.    

Through this MOU, both organizations plan to work closely across various areas, including (i) providing legal support to prevent and resolve legal disputes related to the biopharmaceutical industry; (ii) conducting joint research on regulatory improvements and the development of guidelines in the bio and healthcare sectors; (iii) securing patents for research and development (R&D) and technology service outcomes, as well as establishing strategies for intellectual property (IP) protection.
