On January 15, D&A LLC signed an MOU with the Korea Security Association for Emerging Military Technologies (KSAEM) at the Yongsan Defense Convention Center in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, to promote the integration and advancement of innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), into defense projects. 

Through this MOU, the two organizations will engage in close cooperation across various areas, including (i) collaboration on the development of policies and strategies for the application of innovative technology security systems to defense projects and the advancement of defense science and technology, (ii) legal review and advisory services related to the training of security professionals, civil-military cooperation, and the expansion of international cooperation, (iii) mutual sharing and provision of online and offline publications issued by each organization, and (iv) the joint hosting of education programs, seminars, and lectures. 

Managing Partner Kyu Chul LEE stated, “We expect this MOU will not only promote the advancement of defense science and technology, but also serve as a successful model of cooperation by providing practical solutions to the legal and institutional challenges faced by companies operating in related fields.” 

The signing ceremony was attended by Managing Partner Kyu Chul LEE, Senior Advisor In Ho PARK, a former Chief of Staff of the Republic of Korea Air Force, Partners Dae Hae YOON and Jae Ho KWON, and Diana KIM, CEO of D&A Advisory, Korea.
