On July 15, DR & AJU signed an MOU with the Korea Testing and Research Institute (KTR) at KTR’s Headquarter in Gwacheon to strengthen joint capabilities in responding to the Serious Accidents Punishment Act (SAPA). KTR is a nationally accredited testing and certification agency that provides safety management and technical support to companies involved in the handling and manufacturing of chemicals and chemical-based products.

Through this partnership, the two institutions will jointly provide integrated services to companies handling hazardous chemical materials and products. The services will include legal advisory on chemical safety and technical support for safety compliance, and response to the SAPA.

This initiative will offer a one-stop service encompassing the entire process from the chemical registration to safety management and legal response, helping companies strengthen their capabilities to comply with relevant laws and regulations.
