Mr. Kwang Yeol YOO, the former CEO of Seoul Guarantee Insurance, has joined DR & AJU.

Mr. Yoo graduated from Gunsan High School and earned a degree in Economics from Seoul National University. Having passed the 29^th Public Administration Examination in 1985, he began his career in public service. An expert in financial and international affairs, he has held several key positions, including Deputy Director General of the International Finance Bureau and Director of the International Financial Cooperation Bureau at the Ministry of Economy and Finance; Director of the Financial Intelligence Unit at the Financial Services Commission; Commissioner of the Securities and Futures Commission; First Senior Deputy Governor of the Financial Supervisory Service; and CEO of Seoul Guarantee Insurance.

At DR & AJU, Mr. Yoo will serve as a senior advisor on financial disputes, international affairs, and administrative procedure and litigation.
