On May 28, DR & AJU’s Criminal & Compliance (C&C) Group successfully hosted a webinar on “Corporate On-Site Response and Legal Boundaries During Search and Seizure.” 

This webinar was organized to provide effective advice on on-site response strategies that corporate representatives and attorneys can swiftly and legally take based on their legal rights, during unannounced search and seizure operations by investigative agencies. 

The webinar was moderated by Partner Dhong Joo KIM, Head of DR & AJU’s Search and Seizure Support Center, and featured in-depth discussions with Partners You Lee JUNG, Min Woo HONG, Sang Hyuk YOON, and Mi Ha IM, who served as panelists. Comprising all experienced attorneys with extensive backgrounds in investigative agencies, such as the Prosecutors’ Office, the Police, and the Corruption Investigation Office for High-Ranking Officials, the panelists provided practical solutions to the challenges that companies face when confronted with search and seizure operations. During the Q&A session, active exchanges of opinions took place between the panelists and participants.
