On April 28, DR & AJU signed an MOU with 4A SYSTEM to collaborate on the Serious Accidents Punishment Act (SAPA) compliance and construction-related legal services in its conference room. 

This MOU was established to provide legal support for various litigation and legal advisory matters that 4A SYSTEM and its partners may face, and to establish a collaborative framework for preventing serious accidents. In particular, DR & AJU will disseminate its SAPA Compliance Certification (SCC) to ensure a prompt and systematic response in the event of a serious accident. 

Under this MOU, both companies are expected to closely cooperate in providing guidelines for preventing serious accidents and relevant training, offering legal advisory services, and responding to litigation.
