On March 24, DR & AJU and the Seoul Metropolitan Branch of the Korea Specialty Contractors Association (KOSCA) signed an MOU to establish a safety and health management system and cooperate to prevent serious accidents in the construction industry at the Specialty Contractors Hall in Shindaebang-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul. 

Under this MOU, DR & AJU will provide member companies of the Seoul Metropolitan Branch of KOSCA with a “Digital Safety and Health Management System” that includes legal compliance checks and provide various legal and practical information to prevent serious accidents.   

Partner Dong Eon CHA, the Head of the Serious Accident Response Group, stated, “DR & AJU will provide specialty construction companies with the ‘SAPA Compliance Smart Check Service (SCSC),’ the first hybrid system that integrates a digital safety management system with our law firm’s legal inspection services. This system will greatly assist these companies in preventing serious accidents and managing legal risks.”
