On February 26, DR & AJU signed an MOU with FNBPeople and BETABRAIN on Franchise Management Risk Control at its conference room on the 12th floor of Donghoon Tower, Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. 

Under the MOU, we will provide legal advisory services and support related to franchise contracts, while establishing cooperative systems for franchise-related risk management. 

The MOU signing ceremony was attended by Managing Partner Kyu Chul LEE, Partners Seong Tae JEONG and Sung Jin KIM (Head of the Strategic Planning Team), and Seong Yoon JUNG (Head of External Affairs) from DR & AJU, as well as Representative Director Kang Hoon CHO and Director Kyung Min KWAK from FNBPEOPLE. On the BETABRAIN side, Representative Director Sang Woo HA and Professor Kyu Wan CHOI were present to discuss mutual collaboration strategies.
