On July 9th, DR & AJU signed an MOU with the information and communications company Yulho for business projects involving mining development and raw material trading in Tanzania, Africa.

Through the MOU, DR & AJU plans to provide legal services to Yulho, which has ventured into the secondary battery recycling business, for its planned mining development and raw material trading projects in Tanzania, Africa.

Specifically, these legal services include advice on mining-related laws and regulations in African countries, legal due diligence, environmental and social legal advice, government relations and public policy advice, corporate governance and compliance monitoring, project finance analysis, and advice on compliance with local laws and regulations.
