Mr. Seok KO, a former Chief Judge of the High Military Court, has joined DR & AJU.

Starting his career as a military prosecutor at the Republic of Korea Army (ROKA) Headquarters, he held various positions, including International Law Director of the General Counsel Bureau at the Ministry of National Defense, Departmental Chief Prosecutor at the Ministry of National Defense, and Chief of Legal Affairs Military Division at the ROKA. In addition, he served as the Chief Judge of the High Military Court of the Ministry of National Defense.

At DR & AJU, Mr. Ko will serve as a partner under the Criminal & Compliance Group (C&C), where he will contribute his expertise across various related fields, including Investigations, Criminal Defense Litigation, National Defense, and Administrative Procedure & Litigation.
