DR & AJU and Korea-Africa Foundation Sign an MOU to Support Korean Companies Entering the African Market
DR & AJU signed an MOU with the statutory institution Korea-Africa Foundation under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Both parties plan to jointly support domestic companies seeking expansion into Africa. Under the MOU, DR & AJU will provide comprehensive information and advisory services on entering the African market, covering both legal and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) aspects. Concurrently, the Korea-Africa Foundation will offer valuable insight into strategic business areas and management.
DR & AJU’s renowned Africa Team, led by foreign attorneys Mr. Timothy DICKENS and Ms. Catherine (Kyeong) KIM, distinguishes itself from other major domestic law firms with its wealth of Africa-related information. Mr. Dickens serves as the Chairman of the South African Chamber of Commerce (SAFCHAM), the sole African chamber of commerce in Korea, while Ms. Kim serves as the Director of Corporate Relations at SAFCHAM.
