Mr. Dhong Joo KIM, a former Chief Prosecutor of the Pohang Branch at the Daegu District Prosecutors' Office, has joined DR & AJU.
Mr. Kim began his judicial career at the Busan District Prosecutors’ Office and served as a judge at the Seoul District Prosecutors’ Office and the Criminal Affairs Bureau at the Ministry of Justice.
In 2008, he assumed the role of an official at the Secretary to the President for Legal Affairs, and over the years, he held several positions, including a Research Judge of the Planning and Coordination Division at the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office, the Chief Prosecutor of the Sokcho Branch at the Chuncheon District Prosecutors' Office, the Chief Prosecutor of the Western Branch of Busan District Prosecutors’ Office, the Chief Prosecutor of the Pohang Branch at the Daegu District Prosecutors' Office, and the Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Western Branch at the Busan District Prosecutors’ Office.
At DR & AJU, Mr. Kim will serve as a partner in the Criminal Litigation Team 2 under the Criminal & Compliance Group, where he will contribute his expertise across various related fields, including Criminal and Investigations.
