Advised Kia Corporation in relation to the establishment of a joint venture for the manufacture of vehicles in Malaysia.
Acted for Seoul Guarantee Insurance Company in a damages claim amounting to USD 40 million and collection of receivables from a Vietnamese state-owned enterprise.

Acted as the legal adviser of and acted on behalf of multinational companies, including SABIC, Xerox Corporation, S-Oil Total Lubricants, Sennheiser Electronic Asia Pte Ltd and JustCo (Korea Onshore) Ltd. in various claims.
Advised Affirma Capital Group in relation to its acquisition of an affiliate of the operational division of Standard Chartered Private Equity and the related structure, transaction, financing and reporting of foreign exchange transactions in Korea.
Advised Global Schools Foundation, a Singapore company, in relation to its acquisition of the assets of a foreign school based in Seoul from Dwight International School, a Canadian educational entity, and the related transfer of license; conducted legal due diligence on the target school.
