- Advising Hana Financial Investment and Samchully Asset Management as the transactional manager to acquire, develop and project finance 200MW Columboola Solar Farm in Queensland.
- Advising Hana Financial Investment, Korea Investment & Securities, NH-Amundi and IBK Asset Management on all aspects of the acquisition and funding of 3 operating wind farms (73.2MW) in Finland.
- Advising a Korean financier on Uzbekistan GTL (development, operation and maintenance of a gas-to-liquids processing and production plant with a daily capacity of approximately 37,600 barrels of GTL Products, located at the Site close to the Shurtan Gas Chemical Complex in Kashkadarya region of the Republic of Uzbekistan).
- Advising a Korean financier on Westconnex Stage 3 Project (the largest infrastructure project in Australia) by reviewing a voluminous and complex PPP structure and providing client with analysis on project finance risk and bankability issues that the client need to know before sub-participating as a lender.
- Advising a Korean financier on project financing on term loan B regarding the 870MW Oregon Clean Energy Center in Oregon, Ohio, USA and negotiating with the relevant parties and reviewing of the project profitability.

- Advising Korea Western Power Co., Ltd., Hana Financial Investment Co., Ltd., Energy Infra Asset Management Co., Ltd. as a consortium in a bid to acquire a greenfield 300MW solar farm project in Rodds Bay, Australia by acting as the transaction counsel and project manager on the bid.
- Advising Korea Western Power Co., Ltd. in their bid to acquire 250MW part of the 1GW Lower Wonga solar farm in Australia by assessing of the project, its bankability, profitability and preparing the relevant legal documents for the potential acquisition including the project financing aspects.
- Advising Korea Western Power Co., Ltd. in assessing for acquisition of the 81MW Madison solar PV project which Cypress Creek has developed in USA, including assessing the PPA status, yield, RECs, O&M cost, lease and other rights and consequences in order for the client to submit the bid.
- Advising K-Sure as ECA on project financing for HPCL petrochemical plant project in Punjab, India by reviewing the facility agreement, security trustee agreement, intercreditor agreement, sponsor support agreement, term sheets, K-Sure insurance policies, and other relevant finance documents.
- Advising POSCO International in its risk assessment and mitigation in participating in an EPC bid for design, supply and installation of substations to be part of the Odisha Power Transmission Corporation.
- Advising a Korean financier in their potential sub-participation arrangement in the project financing of an Australian company in its establishment and expansion of large-scale data centers in 4 countries.
