- Represented a Singapore-based logistics company in Korean Commercial Arbitration Board in regards to a contractual interpretation dispute with a contractor, one of the Korea’s largest construction companies.
- Represented Hanjin Shipping Co., Ltd. in bankruptcy in Korean Commercial Arbitration Board for disputes in relation to the client’s accounts receivable from various jurisdictions (Israel, Greece, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Italy, Poland, Philippines, U.S., China) and administrative claims against the client.
- Represented Hanjin Shipping Co., Ltd. in bankruptcy in foreign court proceedings (France, Indonesia, Thailand, Israel, Hong Kong) for disputes between the client and local agents concerning deposits and accounts receivable.

- Represented a Korean company as Korean counsel in a lawsuit filed in U.S. federal court against another Korean company and its U.S. subsidiary for the misappropriation of trade secrets.
- Represented German Ski Association and a Swiss entity on civil lawsuits in Korea concerning the lease of accommodation for German national team for PyongChang Winter Olympics.
- Represented NH Investment & Securities Co., Ltd., a major Korean financial institution, in enforcing security interests such as shares and accounts in Romania, Italy and China.
- Represented Raco Technology in the enforcement of judgment of the Hong Kong court in Korea.
- Represented a Korean-based insurance guarantor, Seoul Guarantee Insurance Company, in litigation against a state-owned company in Vietnam for an indemnification dispute in the amount of a USD 40 million.
- Represented a Korean-based insurance guarantor, Seoul Guarantee Insurance Company, as Korean counsel before UK High Court in an application to set aside judgment for a ship building dispute claim.

- Advised Want Want, the no.1 confectionery company in Taiwan on due diligence of Woongjing Foods Co., Ltd., the leading beverage company in Korea, for the potential M&A; drafted and negotiated SPA.
- Advised Malaysian pharmaceutical company, CCM Duopharma Biotech, on the acquisition of entire shareholding of a foreign company in a Korean public-listed company; conducted legal due diligence on the Korean company.
- Advised Malaysia pharmaceutical company, CCM Duopharma Biotech, in the context of the proposed acquisition of newly issued share capital of Korean company; conducted legal due diligence on the Korean company.
- Advised Agilent Technologies Inc. on the acquisition of business of a Korean company; conducted corporate due diligence on the Korean company.
- Advised Hong Kong investment company, China First Capital Group, on the acquisition of ownership interest in Korea-based leading online language training platform SJW International; conducted legal due diligence on SJW International.
- Advised Canada-based telecommunications company on its contemplated acquisition of Ericsson-LG Enterprise Co., Ltd.; conducted legal due diligence on Ericsson-LG Enterprise Co., Ltd, drafted SPA and advised on FDI reporting procedures.
