D&A’s Antitrust Team is comprised of around a total of 40 experts, including lawyers with experience at the Fair Trade Commission, senior advisors including an advisor who previously served as vice-chairman of the Fair trade Commission, and lawyers specializing in antitrust cases.

Undertook various advisory services and countermeasure against investigations and sanctions by the Fair Trade Commission, with the extensive experience related to Franchise Business Act (for domestic franchise businesses such as cosmetics, food, beverage, etc., providing advice for signing a franchise agreement).
