DR & AJU Prevails in Lawsuit Representing Korea Communications Commission in Appeal Against Sanction Reversal

In a case where Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation (MBC) challenged sanctions imposed by the Korea Communications Commission for broadcasting so-called “makjang dramas,” DR & AJU represented the Commission and prevailed in the lawsuit.
