Consent to Collection and
Use of Personal Information
DR & AJU LAW FIRM (the “Company”) complies with the laws and regulations on the protection of personal information including, but not limited to the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. and does its utmost to protect the applicant’s personal information.

1. Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information

ο Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
- Overall progress of the recruitment process, management of the recruitment process, confirmation of work experience and qualifications, decision and notice of employment/rejection; and
- Confirmation of past application records, confirmation of the applicant’s will to apply again in case of additional recruitment
ο Personal (Credit) Information Items to be Collected and Used
[Mandatory Items]
- Personally Identifiable Information (photo, name, sex, current address, cellular phone number, e-mail address)
[Optional Items]
- Military service record (only for male), educational background, foreign language proficiency, certificates/licenses, work experience, on-campus/extracurricular activities, awards and achievements, training, current/expected salary;
- ny contents contained in the application related documents such as cover letter; and
- Marital status, hobbies, talent etc.

2. Consent to Collection and Use of Sensitive Information

ο Purpose of Collection and Use of Sensitive Information
- Preferential treatment to the persons with disabilities pursuant to the “Act on the Employment Promotion and Vocational Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities”
ο Sensitive Information Items to be Collected and Used
- Disability registration information and any relevant information (This is for the preferential treatment to the registered persons with disabilities. You are not required to submit such information; however, please note that without the information on and registration of disabilities provided, you shall not be subject to the preferential treatment).

3. Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information (Paragraph 1) and Sensitive Information (Paragraph 2)

ο (Upon Employment) Personal information and sensitive information shall be retained and use for the above purpose until the employee leaves the Company. After the employee leaves the Company, his/her information shall be retained and used for dispute resolution (e.g. civil complaint) or fulfillment of legal obligation.
ο (Upon Rejection) Personal information and sensitive information shall be stored in the Company’s talent pool. The information shall be retained and used in the talent pool for six (6) months for any possible additional or year-round recruitment after the rejection notice; provided, if the applicant wishes the Company to delete his/her personal information, the Company shall promptly delete such personal and sensitive information.

I agree to receive phone calls, e-mails and text messages (SMS) from DR & AJU LAW FIRM.
