Proposed Bill 1 - The first bill would introduce a punitive damages system under which punitive damages would be set at three times the actual loss.
Proposed Bill 2 - The next bill would limit the recognition of prime contractors as employers, narrow the scope of labor disputes, and permit the limited use of substitute workers during strikes.
Pending Bill - This bill would introduce a sugar levy on sugar-sweetened beverages based on their added sugar content.
Promulgated Bill - This bill prohibits banks from reflecting certain statutory costs in the interest rate spread when calculating loan interest rates.
Administrative Announcement - The final bill would implement the Semiconductor Industry Special Act by establishing a framework for semiconductor clusters and government support to strengthen the industry’s competitiveness.
