Proposed Bill 1 - The first bill would require mobile OS providers to give competing services equal access to smartphone hardware and software.
Proposed Bill 2 - The next bill would expand the scope of prohibited dark patterns to include designs that interfere with or distort users’ decision-making.
Pending Bill - This bill would allow superstores and quasi-superstores to provide online delivery services regardless of mandatory closure and operating-hour restrictions.
