Proposed Bill 1 - The first bill would expand the scope of employers to include persons who bear a certain degree of authority and responsibility over working conditions.
Proposed Bill 2 - The next bill would raise the statutory maximum floor area ratio for private improvement projects to 1.3 times the current limit.
Pending Bill - This bill would introduce a “fair value” for listed company mergers, factoring in stock prices, asset values and other relevant factors.
Promulgated Bill - This bill would revise the base revenue used to calculate penalty surcharges on personal information controllers.
Administrative Announcement - The final bill would authorize the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport to directly penalize illegal subcontracting.
