Proposed Bill 1 - The first bill would prohibit comprehensive wage agreements and requires employers to record the actual number of working days and hours in the wage ledger. Proposed Bill 2 - The next bill would introduce a class action system across all industries, including the securities sector. Pending Bill - This bill would impose a penalty surcharge of up to five percent of operating profits on a business that causes accidents resulting in at least three fatalities within a year. Promulgated Bill - This bill requires listed companies holding treasury shares equal to or exceeding to one percent of their total issued shares to disclose their treasury share holdings and disposal plans on a semiannual basis. Administrative Announcement - This bill would expand annual contributions made by financial companies to the Korea Inclusive Finance Agency.
