Proposed Bill 1 - The first bill would exempt R&D workers from existing working-hour restrictions, with mandatory health-protection measures imposed as safeguards.
Proposed Bill 2 - The next bill would impose a penalty surcharge of up to 10 percent of sales on large food delivery platform operators that pass on unfair commission fees to micro and small business operators.
Pending Bill - This bill would introduce a breach notification system, expand the scope of reportable security incidents, and provide for administrative surcharges for repeated or serious personal information breaches.
Promulgated Bill - This bill raises the statutory capital limit of the Korea Development Bank to 45 trillion won and establishes the High-Tech Strategic Industry Fund of 100 trillion won.
Administrative Announcement - This bill would strengthen sanctions for illegal subcontracting by substantially increasing penalty surcharges and extending the maximum duration of business suspension.
