Proposed Bill 1 - The first bill would allow the imposition of surcharges of up to 10 percent of total sales for large-scale data breaches affecting more than 10 million people.
Proposed Bill 2 - The next bill would mandate insurance coverage and a professional damage assessment system for large information and communications service providers.
Pending Bill - This bill would allow exemptions from the 52-hour workweek for semiconductor R&D workers by mutual agreement.
