On February 24, DR & AJU presented six partner companies of Dongkuk CM with the Serious Accidents Punishment Act (SAPA) Compliance Certification (SCC) at a ceremony held in the conference room of a sub-center at Dongkuk CM’s Busan factory.

The SCC is jointly issued by DR & AJU, a law firm specializing in the SAPA, and a specialized safety institution. The certification process includes document examinations by lawyers, on-site inspections conducted by the specialized safety institution, and a thorough evaluation of compliance with obligations under the SAPA. Businesses that fully meet the criteria are granted certification.
