Mr. Ji Ho Heo is a certified public accountant at D&A LLC, with expertise in accounting fraud investigations, compliance and anti-corruption advisory, and accounting and tax consulting.

Before joining D&A, Mr. Heo held roles at KPMG Samjong Accounting Corporation, Deloitte Anjin LLC, and Deloitte’s Philadelphia office. At the forensic divisions of both KPMG and Deloitte, he led numerous corporate investigations, including accounting fraud and FCPA violation cases involving publicly listed companies in Korea and the United States. He also has extensive experience in external audits and advising both domestic and international clients on internal control processes.
