Ms. Yeon Soo SUH is a foreign attorney at D&A LLC. Her practice is primarily focused on International Transactions, Compliance, Global Compliance, and Energy.

Ms. Suh works on international contracts, negotiations, and legal advice, as well as establishing and implementing compliance programs worldwide.

Before joining D&A, she was a part leader/team leader in the legal department of large corporations, where she handled a variety of international contracts, disputes/litigation, E&P-related negotiations with foreign governments, correspondence with the competition authorities of the United States and Europe, and the establishment and operation of a comprehensive compliance system encompassing the headquarters, affiliates, and foreign subsidiaries.
