On April 6, D&A LLC signed an MOU with the KOTITI Testing & Research Institute at KOTITI’s multipurpose conference room in Galhyeon-dong, Gwacheon-si, Gyeonggi-do. 

Under this MOU, the two parties agreed to cooperate across a wide range of areas, including (i) technical and legal collaboration to address environmental and safety regulations, including ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance); (ii) compliance support for the Serious Accidents Punishment Act (SAPA); (iii) joint consulting on global supply chain due diligence and corporate regulatory compliance; (iv) the hosting of seminars, training programs, as well as participation in government projects; and (v) the publication of regulatory compliance guidelines and reports. 

Managing Partner Kyu Chul LEE stated, “Through this agreement, we expect that the combined expertise of both organizations will provide meaningful support to companies in responding to environmental and safety regulations,” and added, “We will continue to strengthen our legal services in ESG and safety-related areas, including serious accidents, through various collaborative projects.” 

The signing ceremony was attended by D&A Managing Partners Kyu Chul LEE and In Seo OH, along with Partners Dong Eon CHA, Yong Ki CHO, and Attorney Sang Jin LEE. Representing KOTITI Testing & Research Institute were President Min KIM, Vice President Jung Hyun LEE, and Director Yang Rae KIM.
