On February 4, D&A LLC signed an MOU with Triumph Korea to strengthen mutual cooperation on key legal issues, including responses to serious accidents.  

This MOU was signed to establish a practical framework for cooperation, including the establishment of a serious accident response system and the provision of advice and support in addressing various legal issues that may arise during business operations. Through this MOU, both parties plan to build a cooperative system for preventive legal risk management and prompt dispute resolution. 

The signing ceremony was attended by Managing Partner Kyu Chul LEE, Operations Managing Partner Dong Hwan NAM, Partner Dong Eon CHA (Head of the Serious Accident Practice Group), Partner Sung Jin KIM (Head of the Strategic Planning Division), and Director of External Affairs Seong Yoon JUNG of D&A LLC. Triumph Korea was represented by CEO In Seop KOOK and Directors Han Cheol SONG and Bong Jae YOO. 

D&A LLC plans to continue expanding its cooperation with companies across various industries and provide specialized legal services in the areas of serious accidents, industrial safety, and compliance.
