D&A LLC awarded the Serious Accidents Prevention Act (SAPA) Compliance Certification (SCC) to the Eunpyeong-gu Office in Seoul. It marks the first time the SCC has been granted to a local government and underscores D&A’s support for advancing safety management systems in the public sector. 

In June 2025, the Eunpyeong-gu Office obtained ISO 45001 certification for its safety and health management system, an international standard established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). In December of the same year, it further obtained the SCC operated by D&A, thereby successfully completing both legal and technical assessments of compliance with SAPA. As a result, the Eunpyeong-gu Office became the first basic local government in Korea to obtain both ISO 45001 and SCC certifications. 

The Eunpyeong-gu Office’s achievement in obtaining both certifications represents official recognition of its establishment of an integrated safety and health management system encompassing both employees and residents. This milestone is particularly significant in that D&A played a pivotal role in elevating safety management standards in the public sector to the next level.
