On November 13, D&A LLC signed an MOU with the Korea LPG Project Management Service in its main conference room to prevent serious accidents and promote the LPG pipeline network sector. 

This MOU aims to provide legal advisory services to the Korea LPG Project Management Service for preventing serious accidents, ensuring compliance with the Serious Accidents Punishment Act (SAPA), and fostering the LPG pipeline network sector. 

Under the MOU, D&A will provide the Korea LPG Project Management Service with a range of legal advisory services, including consulting on the establishment of a compliance system for the SAPA, offering legal advice, and reviewing standard contracts. 

Managing Partner Kyu Chul LEE stated, “The projects undertaken by the Korea LPG Project Management Service are highly significant in providing a warm and safe living environment for vulnerable groups in energy blind spots, particularly the elderly. Given that the importance of safety management has recently grown since the enforcement of the SAPA, D&A will actively support the Korea LPG Project Management Service in establishing a safety management system and strengthening its capacity to respond to serious accidents through the MOU.”
