Mr. Soo Heung KIM, a former lawmaker, has joined DR & AJU. 

Mr. Kim served as a lawmaker and is notably the first in Korea’s constitutional history to have passed the Legislative Higher Civil Service Examination (10th session) before entering the National Assembly. Over a nearly 30-year tenure in the National Assembly, he held various positions across multiple standing committees and served as Chief of Staff of the Special Committee on Budget and Accounts and as Director of the Budget Analysis Department at the National Assembly Budget Office, earning recognition as a fiscal expert. Furthermore, after serving as Deputy Secretary-General (Vice Minister-level) of the National Assembly Secretariat, he ran for office and was elected with approximately 80% of the vote, becoming the first lawmaker to be elected from within the National Assembly Secretariat. 

At DR & AJU, Mr. Kim will serve as a senior advisor, where he will contribute his expertise across various fields, including Public Sector Relations.
