On August 6, 2025, DR & AJU signed an MOU with the Korea Securities Depository (KSD) to enhance their capabilities in preventing and responding to serious and industrial accidents. 

Under this MOU, both parties will cooperate to develop responsive strategies for investigating the causes of serious accidents and preventing their recurrence, as well as provide consultation and support for safety and health management systems. 

In addition, the Korea Securities Depository has been recognized for its efforts and achievements in preventing serious and industrial accidents involving employees, becoming the first financial institution to obtain the “Serious Accidents Punishment Act (SAPA) Compliance Certification (SCC).” 

This SCC is a private certification program operated by DR & AJU, granted to workplaces that faithfully fulfill the employer’s “duty to ensure safety and health” under the SAPA, following document review and on-site evaluation.
