On October 14, at 5:00 PM, DR & AJU held its 2024 Consensus Building Conference at the COEX ASEM Ballroom in Gangnam, Seoul. Over 500 attendees participated, including affiliated lawyers, senior advisors, and staff from DR & AJU, as well as representatives from DR & AJU Tax. Co, DAE-A Intellectual Property Consulting, and DR & AJU CCA, LLC. The theme of the event was "Growing Together Tomorrow: DR & AJU’s Vision and Leap Forward.”
 

During the first part of the event, Managing Partner Kyu Chul LEE led the vision declaration ceremony.

Mr. Lee presented the "Triple Three" goal: within three years, to have over 350 lawyers, and achieve over 30 % annual revenue growth. He stated, “We expect to have more than 350 lawyers and achieve over 30% annual revenue growth to surpass KRW 200 billion by 2027.”

Following the vision declaration ceremony, ten presenters from DR & AJU practice groups, subsidiaries, and partner companies introduced themselves and presented their strategic projects. The teams included: Nexus AI, Africa Advisory Practice Group, D&A Advisory, Aju Research Institute of Corporate Management (ARICM), Nuclear Power, Energy, and Resources Team, DR & AJU Washington Office,  Serious Accidents Practice Group, Research Institute of Future Labor Relations Management (RIFLRM), Immigration and Nationality Services Center, and Legislation & Government Relations Center.

After dinner, the second part of the event featured performances, survey presentations, and a lucky draw, providing opportunities for interaction and communication.
