Mr. Woo Hyeon KIM, a former Chief Prosecutor of the Suwon High Prosecutors’ Office, has joined DR & AJU.
Starting his career as a prosecutor at the Suwon District Prosecutors’ Office, Mr. Kim held various positions, including the Deputy Prosecutor of the Seongnam Branch of the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office, the Chief Prosecutor of the Gunsan Branch of the Jeonju District Prosecutors' Office, the First Deputy Prosecutor at the Busan District Prosecutors' Office, the Deputy Prosecutor at the Daegu High Prosecutors' Office, and the Chief Prosecutor at the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office and at the Suwon High Prosecutors' Office.
With 26 years of expertise and experience acquired in the Ministry of Justice and the Prosecutor's Office, he has seamlessly transitioned into the role of a lawyer, while also contributing actively to the public sector as a civil member of the Anti-Human Trafficking Policy Coordination Council and a legal counsel for the Korea Standards Association.
At DR & AJU, Mr. Kim will serve as a partner in the Prosecution Team 2 of the Criminal & Compliance Group, where he will contribute his expertise across various related fields, including Criminal Defense Litigation, Corporate, Commercial, Election & Regulation, and Serious Accidents.
