DR & AJU became the first law firm to be selected as the consultant of the Large Enterprises and SMEs Safety and Health Win-Win Cooperation Project, co-operated by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency.
The Large Enterprises and SMEs Safety and Health Win-Win Cooperation Project is a project supported by both the government and large enterprises to close the gap in the safety and health conditions between large enterprises and SMEs.
DR & AJU will actively develop safety and health systems for SMEs with our extensive know-how gained through implementing the SAPA Compliance Certification (SCC), the first SAPA certification developed by a domestic law firm.
